WMC’s high quality service is a standard amenity and is available to ALL residents in garden-style apartment communities of 50 or more units.

Our core services consist of door-to-door waste collection and door-to-door recyclables collection. However, we also offer bulk item collection at apartment communities at no additional charge. We now offer a convenient method for residents to dispose of unwanted furniture, appliances, and other large items.

Our Recycling Incentive Program, convenient collection schedules, and well-trained Hospitality Managers make utilizing our service as easy and rewarding as possible for both residents and property managers.
